Jimmy Creek Falls Professional Review and Guide
"An easy walk through a magical, fragrant wood leads to a hidden falls surrounded by lush greenery. If these woods are not enchanted, they certainly ought to be: verdant with moss as thick as plushy Berber carpeting, and fragrant with the combined natural scents of hemlock, balsam, and pine. A sienna ribbon of last year’s needles leads you through the woods to the waterfall—and the falls itself, a diminutive cascade compared to many in the area, scribes such a lacy pattern over the rocks that they shimmer in the sunlight that dapples through the leafy upper story. Ferns and other ground-hugging vegetation crowd around the trickling falls, framing it with life. You won’t want to miss this short but lively hike.
