Pixley Falls Nature Trail Professional Review and Guide
"Don’t miss the two hidden falls in addition to the main attraction—they’re set back from the trail in their own shady glens. This hike includes 3 waterfalls.
It’s a short walk from the picnic areas down an easy trail to Pixley Falls, a sheer cascade that shoots off a shale ledge to the plunge pool below. Magnificent in spring and after a good rain, this dramatic falls provides the highlight of this little state park. In addition to the main falls, smaller cascades on two little feeder streams provide secluded, well-sheltered spots to pause and appreciate this cluster of natural sights and sounds."
