Lower Clark Gully

Lower Clark Gully Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The creekwalk to this waterfall is short and easy—a great first creekwalk for beginners. You’ll see a 15-foot steep cascade dug through a cleft in the rock. Directly above this is a 7-foot, then an 18-foot waterfall, all cut through a narrow channel. The three waterfalls may be climbable in winter with instep crampons but the inclines are steep so they are dangerous to climb in summer, even with minimal water flow. The bank along the right side of the waterway is also climbable, but it is extremely steep and dangerous. Better to enjoy this waterfall from below, then travel to the Upper Clark Gully to view additional waterfalls."
