Pratt’s Falls

Pratt’s Falls Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Pratt’s Falls is a 137-foot, multi-tiered, milky cascade that sometimes freezes over in winter. This area was an early Indian camping ground and home to Onondaga County’s first sawmill in 1796. It was built by Manoah Pratt on a rock overlooking Pratt’s Falls. The sawmill was changed to a gristmill and operated until 1874."

I hike the Gorge Rim (Yellow) Trail with my dog. It's 2.5 miles and a loop. Great views from this well used trail.
