Robert H Treman State Park

Robert H. Treman State Park Professional Review and Guide

"Tied up in the attractive woodland package of glacier-scoured Enfield Glen, this park unites a narrowed gorge; platy cliffs; the stepped waters, cascades, and waterfalls of Enfield Creek, including the 115-foot Lucifer Falls; a historic mill; and the stunningly beautiful and awesome stone constructions of the Civilian Conservation Corps.

The park is named for the benefactor who presented the lands to New York State in 1920, Ithaca merchant and parks commissioner Robert H. Treman. The park’s Gorge and South Rim Trails together shape a fine discovery loop."
