Tinker Nature Park

Tinker Nature Park Professional Review and Guide

"The land for Tinker Nature Park was donated by the Aldridge family in 1991 and made public in 1994. The well designed park has become a year-round favorite for people of all ages. It consists of woods, wetland, ponds, and fields which together create a living museum of natural history. Within the park is the Hansen Nature Center, offering classes in cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, photography, wild flowers, song birds, etc. Terrain: Flat."

Two very easy loops, great if you're looking for a kid friendly activity or if you want to try snowshoeing or x-c skiing (the nature center has rentals on both). No trail markers, but its very obvious where to go. The nature trail has cute little exhibits for younger kids.
