Mount Marcy Trail is a hiking trail in Essex County, New York. It is within High Peaks Wilderness and Adirondack Park. It is 4.1 miles long and begins at 2,779 feet altitude. The Lake Tear of the Clouds (elevation 4,291 feet) water, Schofield Cobble (elevation 4,744 feet), and the Feldspar Lean-to shelter can be seen along the trail. There is also a viewpoint along the trail. The trail ends near Mount Marcy (elevation 5,305 feet). This trail connects with the following: Colden Dam, Gray Peak Trail (unmarked), Skylight Trail, Opalescent Bridge, Mount Redfield (unmarked), Van Hoevenberg Trail, Avalanche Pass Trail and Elk Lake to Marcy Trail.
