Lake Lila Access Road is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Town of Long Lake, New York. It is within Adirondack Park and Nehasane Primitive Area. It is 7.2 miles long and begins at 1,825 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 14.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,286 feet.
