Lake Colden Trail

Lake Colden Trail is a hiking trail in Essex County, New York. It is within High Peaks Wilderness and Adirondack Park. It is 0.9 miles long and begins at 2,776 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 1.9 miles with a total elevation gain of 132 feet. The Beaver Point Lean-to and Cedar Point Lean-to shelters can be seen along the trail. There is also a wetland along the trail. The trail ends near the Lake Colden Trail Register information board. This trail connects with the following: Colden Dam, Calamity Brook Trail, Cold Brook Pass Trail, Algonquin Trail, Avalanche Pass Trail and Ski Trail.
