East Trail is a hiking trail in Essex County, New York. It is within Adirondack Park and Giant Mountain Wilderness. It is 6.8 miles long and begins at 609 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 14.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 7,027 feet. Near the trailhead there is parking. Rocky Peak Ridge (elevation 4,390 feet) and Bald Peak (elevation 3,018 feet) can be seen along the trail. There are also viewpoints and a stone along the trail.
