Western Beltway Trail Professional Review and Guide
"The Western Beltway Trail follows the Bruce Woodbury Beltway, with the beltway on one side and a mountain range on the other. The mountains have edges that look as if they were pushed up by some volcanic eruption, creating ramp-like shapes that might attract the likes of Evel Knievel. This fun trail is one of the most popular in all the valley, being heavily used on most weekends.
Many of the rides in this book have great scenery, interesting views, or beautiful landscapes. The Western Beltway Trail doesn’t really fall into any of those categories. Sure, the trail passes by the mountains that surround Las Vegas, and yes, you can get great views of the Las Vegas valley from the trail, but neither of these are the reason this trail is so well-used."
