Upper Las Vegas Wash Trail

Upper Las Vegas Wash Trail Professional Review and Guide

"This is a short but nice trail that follows a wash as it winds its way down through the valley. The trail is well-landscaped and is dotted with covered benches and rest areas.

This easy, well-landscaped trail follows the Upper Las Vegas Wash as it makes its way down into the valley, eventually combining with the Las Vegas Wash as it makes its way to Lake Mead. Unlike many of the washes in the valley, this wash is completely man-made, meaning the entire wash is cement. Like the Lower Las Vegas Wash, there is no parking lot at the trailhead. Instead, you’ll have to park in the commercial plaza off N. Fifth Street and then make your way down to the trailhead off Deer Springs Way."
