Landmine/Middle Cut Loop

Landmine/Middle Cut Loop Professional Review and Guide

"This trail is an alternate route to the Landmine Loop, adding a little over a mile to the total ride. The ride offers an easy and enjoyable route through the middle of Cottonwood Valley, adding a fun downhill section before it meets back up with the Landmine Loop at the trail map kiosk and large Joshua tree that are commonly used as landmarks.

Just like the Landmine Loop, the trail starts in the small town of Blue Diamond, beginning on one side of the town and ending on the other. Also like the Landmine Loop, the trail offers great views of the Cottonwood Valley and the Red Rock
Escarpment. The difference between the two trails is that instead of staying on the trail that makes up the Landmine Loop, this route takes a detour when the Landmine Loop trail intersects the Middle Cut Trail, also known as North Cut and Middle Fork."
