Plutonium Ridge Half Loop

Plutonium Ridge Half Loop Professional Review and Guide

"This is a great trail that gives you a taste of the Plutonium Ridge Loop. If you don’t want to ride that entire loop, you can cut it in half by following the turning point at the dirt road. Then you can take the downhill ride along the south leg to the trailhead.

Like the Plutonium Ridge Loop, the Plutonium Ridge Half Loop is completely on BLM land and is accessed by traveling up the STORM Trail to a dirt road that takes you to the trailhead. The STORM Trail is accessed by crossing the cattle guard and heading along the dirt road to the left toward a sign directing you to the STORM Trail and camping area."
