Eighty Mountain Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"A day hike from the edge of Silver City that offers great views of the town and the Pinos Altos Range.

The trail is a relatively easy hike that lies right on the edge of Silver City. It’s part of a network of trails called the Little Walnut Trail System on the north side of town that makes a great escape for an hour to an entire day. Part of this hike follows the actual Continental Divide, although the formal route of the Continental Divide Trail lies less than a mile northwest and connects to this trail network."
