Continental Divide Trail Deadman Peaks

Continental Divide Trail: Deadman Peaks Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Hike the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail (CDT)—or at least a small portion of it. Access points closest to Albuquerque allow for extensive walks in Cabezon country.

The loop described here uses equal parts dirt road and the CDT to circumnavigate a cluster of red hills known as Deadman Peaks. Of course, you also have the option of following the trail for many miles in either direction."

As the book describes, Forest Road 10 gate was open. Saw no one on trail. Goblins and hoodoos pretty cool. Would post pictures but when I try to it kicks me to Santa Barbara. Not the first time.
