Trotter Meadow

Trotter Meadow Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The upper reaches of the meandering Middle Fork Gila River possess a pleasing blend of scenic cliffs and formations, historic cabin ruins, pine parks, and meadows. Wildlife viewing opportunities abound, whether ?sh, fur, or feathered.

This trip samples the best of the upper canyon and valley of the Middle Fork Gila River and is sure to bring you back for further exploration downriver. Historic cabin ruins in wide meadows surrounded by rugged canyon rims are among the many photo ops between Snow Lake and Trotter Meadow."
