Paseo del Bosque Recreation Trail

Paseo del Bosque Recreation Trail Professional Review and Guide

"The Paseo del Bosque multiuse trail has been mentioned in Sunset and National Geographic Adventure magazines as one of the best urban trails in the West. Hikers, bikers, in- line skaters, and joggers all enjoy this 16-mile-long trail that has several access points. Riders should be on the lookout for beavers, numerous species of birds, snakes, and turtles along this 13.7-mile section (27.4 miles out and back).

The Paseo del Bosque Trail, known by many locals as the Riverside Bike Path, is arguably the most popular and well- known trail within Albuquerque’s city limits. The 16-mile-long multiuse trail runs along the Rio Grande through the middle of Albuquerque. The trail offers locals and visitors seven main accesses as well as numerous other access points."
