Smithville Ramble

Smithville Ramble Professional Review and Guide

"For an easy ride with little traffic through the bucolic beauty of fields, farms, woods, and small towns of historical note, this exploration of Burlington County fits the bill. The lovely route is within the abilities of even the most casual cyclist.

Take time to visit the sights of Smithville, including the Smithville Mansion. In the summer the mansion's Victorian courtyard is abloom with the profuse, multicolored plantings of a century past. Terrain: mostly flat."

Great Ride! Lots of scenery and lightly traveled roads. Jennifer is right. There are a lot of turns...read your cue sheet carefully. Definately stop for pizza at Riviera Pizza. It's really good.

Variety of nice scenery, very flat, but lots of turns. I had to stop a lot and read the directions because there are too many turns to remember. This was my first major outing on a road bike, and I had fun.
