Parvin State Park: Jaggers Point Camping Area Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Humbly located in southwestern Jersey, near no major tourist attractions and no main highways, Jaggers Point Campground at Parvin State Park is a destination unto itself. You’re not likely to stumble across it while going about your daily business in the Garden State. But Parvin State Park is well worth a detour—its campground is one of the nicest in the region. Six small loops are home to 54 sites, giving campers a choice between secluded wooded sites and larger open sites. Tall hardwood trees shade all of them.
Sites 10, 11, and 13 are highly prized because of their lakeside location; book ahead or go midweek to score the waterfront real estate. The camp playground is located next to site 10, so campers lucky enough to stay there may encounter a few young trespassers. There are no trailer hookups, but RVs are welcome on the larger, open sites. Groups camp separately on a designated island."
