Pisgah State Park Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Pisgah State Park, 13,500 acres of rolling hills and sprawling wetlands, is quietly nestled in the southwest corner of New Hampshire. A year-round haven for outdoor activities, the park is a perfect destination for spring bird-watchers, summer wildflower enthusiasts, autumn leaf peepers, and winter wildlife trackers.

Once the domain of local paper mill owners and rural farmers, today the land is a permanently protected preserve where hikers of all abilities can find beauty and be rejuvenated. With more than 50 miles of trails and six separate trailheads, the park also offers countless loop hiking possibilities."

A very nice spring trip. Trails are exceptionally well maintained, a few nice views, and hardly a soul in sight. Not a strenuous hike but enjoyable for a mid-spring day.
