The ride is great, total ascent = 850 meters, as described in the guide, some parts have narrow shoulders, first 6 miles with pedestrian and some parts have bad roads... Overall, difficulty level is medium, scenery is nice.

This trail started out with enourmous potential with a fairly easy family ride along the river. If you stick to the river it's good. If you bear off, you will about a mile - mile and a half, get into a construction site that completely takes the trail away and leaves you in the middle of nowhere. Quitr the ride to get back. Not a good family experience.
