Ripley Falls Trail

Ripley Falls Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Want to hike to a waterfall but not quite up for the distance of Arethusa Falls? Try Ripley Falls! It is short, but the trail is rocky and rugged, providing youngsters with ample opportunity for a little rock scrambling.

At over 100 feet tall, the falls will definitely earn their share of oohs and aahs, especially if you visit during times of high water. You can perch on one of the many boulders along Avalanche Brook to watch as the water cascades over a granite slab. Youngsters will want to explore (carefully!) among the rocks beside the water."
