Moores Wall Loop Trail

Moores Wall Loop Trail is a hiking trail in Stokes County, North Carolina. It is 4.0 miles long and begins at 1,838 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.0 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,151 feet. The Hanging Rock State Park Campground camp site, the Amphitheater theatre, and the Historic Bath House public bath are near the trailhead. There are also bbqs, bicycle parking, a beach, and a picnic site. The Moores Wall (elevation 2,375 feet) and Indian Face (elevation 2,260 feet) cliffs can be seen along the trail. This trail connects with the following: Cooks Wall Trail, Magnolia Springs Trail, Tory's Den Trail, Chestnut Oak Nature Trail, Fishing Path and Chestnut Oak Nature Trail.
