This difficult loop on the Cherokee Indian Reservation sticks to the high elevations for its entire length. Get ready for long descents, even longer lung-busting climbs, and plenty of spectacular views. Highlights: Panoramic mountain views, stream crossing, long steep uphill, high altitude

Hmmm what can i say except I think this map needs to be updated. A very experienced mountain biker and outdoor orienteer and I rode this trail and after 90 minutes were thoroughly lost. The parkway was closed due to show and ice and that was cool (pardon the pun). Could be a great ride but we had to backtrack after spending almost two hours riding all over trying to figure out where we were. Ended up backtracking.
