    Forney Creek Trail is a hiking and horse trail in Swain County, North Carolina. It is within Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is 11.1 miles long and begins at 2,182 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 22.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 5,208 feet. The 68 (elevation 2,562 feet) and 74 (elevation 1,742 feet) camp sites can be seen along the trail. This trail connects with the following: Lakeshore Trail, Jonas Creek Trail, Springhouse Branch Trail and Forney Ridge Trail.
