Laurel Bluffs Trail Professional Reviews and Guides

"This is a history-heavy hike, with evidence of the past situated at the beginning and end of the adventure. Start by descending to the Eno River and passing the ruins of an abandoned Durham waterworks operation, then cruise along steep hills and alternately atop bluffs and along the river amid first-rate natural scenery.

The undulating terrain leads to the old Guess Mill site, with more ruins to explore. The return trip yields additional human and natural history."
