Don't get me wrong with the very low rating, although you will have a really sweet if what bumpy downhill, this is definitely the lazy person's version ( that doesn't even take you as far as Black Mountain). I strongly believe that a notorious downhill mayhem should be earned, and not taken. There are some fantastic Mountain Biking trails that lead to the Top of Black Mountain that should be considered before following a graveled road to the top as this guide suggests. For example Turkey Pen to Black Mountain, or Club Gap to Black Mountain etc. Black Mountain is a "Must Do " Trail, but not the way this guide describes it. Ride Safe www.mountainbikemayhem.com
