Wash Creek Road Professional Reviews and Guides
"This trail is a perfect warm-up—or cool-down—for any of the other trails off the Trace Ridge Trailhead. Fun, frisky, a good chance to stretch your legs a little to get the blood flowing. And most folks will tell you that this trail violates some law of physics, because it’s a loop that’s all downhill. Tread: 1.4 miles of singletrack; 0.4 mile of gravel road."
--Timm Muth, Mountain Biking North Carolina (Falcon Guides).
"A great ride for the beginner who wants a try at single track riding. It's short and all the single track is downhill. This is also a nice addition to any of the other rides in the Fletcher Creek area. The ride surface is 1.3 miles of single track and 0.5 miles of forest road."
