Skinny Dip Falls

Skinny Dip Falls Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The out-and-back hike to Skinny Dip Falls will take you on a scenic and less-traveled portion of the Mountains to Sea Trail (MST) that follows along the spine of Pisgah Ridge before veering downhill to reach Skinny Dip Falls. This cascading destination is a popular swimming hole in the summer. The still pool at the bottom of the rushing water is perfect for soaking your feet or your entire body. And if you decide against playing in the cold water, there are several warm dry rocks available to sit on and enjoy a picnic.

*There is closer access to Skinny Dip Falls at the Looking Glass Rock Overlook off the Blue Ridge Parkway"
