This loop hike travels through part of the extensive trail system of one of Guilford County’s newest parks. The trek will lead you past overlooks of Reedy Fork and also along its tributary—Buffalo Creek. The trail then winds through a young forest in flatwoods before emerging at a picnic shelter. Cut through the heart of the park and its developed facilities to complete the loop. This particular hike explores the eastern side of the park. It begins traversing bluffs well above Reedy Fork, a canoeable stream. Enjoy a couple of developed overlooks before descending to the stream bottom on the Bear Hollow Trail.
