"A backpack from Bowman Lake to Brown Pass.

The Bowman Lake Trail may be used as a backpack in itself or in conjunction with the Boulder Pass Trail for extended trips. The trail winds past Bowman Lake before ascending a U-shaped valley carved by a glacier between rugged peaks. Ultimately, the trail climbs down to Brown Pass, where views of peaks and glaciers can be seen in all directions."
