Trinity Falls Main Boulder Valley

Trinity Falls: Main Boulder Valley Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This short, relatively easy trail to Trinity Falls is a hidden gem. The falls is a majestic 70-foot cataract on Great Falls Creek, a quarter mile from the creek’s confluence with the Boulder River. The four-tier falls, unofficially named by one of the local church camps, sits in a box canyon by an old mine cave. The trail begins on the Great Falls Creek Trail and also includes a lower 30-foot waterfall by an old miner’s cabin."

Absolutely love this hike. I look forward to it every year when I take my Cub Scouts to find the falls. We stop for lunch at the downed miners cabin and then explore the caves. This is truly my happy place.

This was a great short hike to a beautiful Falls. Be sure and follow the directions - take the left (go straight) on the trail and don't go up Great Falls Creek. There is some climbing, a few log type bridges, but very fun. The old cabin was cool to see, and the cave was neat as well.

We actually hiked up along the falls a little bit and got a little higher.

Again, a very good hike. We give this a 4-5 stars.
