Silver Creek, a feeder stream of Soda Butte Creek, tumbles out of Mineral Mountain and Meridian Peak at the Yellowstone National Park boundary. Silver Falls is a long and narrow waterfall that drops more than 1 00 feet over a limestone cliff. The hike to the falls is along the eastern border of Yellowstone National Park, beginning from the town of Silver Gate. The last section of the trail climbs over rocks along Silver Creek to the base of this beautiful falls.
