Rierdon Gulch

Rierdon Gulch Professional Review and Guide

"This obscure trail links the South Fork of the Teton with the North Fork of Deep Creek along grassy gulches guarded by impressive reefs. The trail begins with a ford of the South Fork of the Teton, then turns west for a rock-hop crossing of the Rierdon Gulch Creek.

The trail turns south to follow the gulch upward, then zigzags high onto the toe of a ridge for views of the South Fork and the reefs that guard it. The path then traverses west into a meadowy vale before zigzagging up through the timber to reach the saddle at its head."
