City of Bozeman Professional Review and Guide

"If one could sum up the spirit of Bozeman, it would be to say that the town reflects the same sense of adventure that the city’s namesake, John Bozeman, demonstrated. The community has developed many recreational sites both within the city and in the outlying areas. Parks and hiking areas have been developed with thought to providing nature experiences for young, old, and people using wheelchairs. An extensive urban trail system crisscrosses the city and is used for hiking and biking. Biking enthusiasts have created bike trails in outlying areas, too. Local shops rent mountain bikes by the hour, day, or week.

This eTrail provides detailed information on family-friendly things to do. The destinations include: American Computer Museum, Gallatin County Pioneer Museum, Emerson Cultural Center, Beall Art Center and Park, Museum of the Rockies, Kirk Hill, Lindley Park, Bogert Park and City Pool, Gallagator Linear Park and Trail, Peets' Hill and the Highland Ridge Trail, Sourdough Trail, Painted Hills Trail, Triple Tree Trail, City of Bozeman Recreation Center, Bozeman Pond, and The East Gallatin Recreation Area and Trail."
