Byhalia and Holly Springs, MS Professional Review and Guide

"It seems fitting tat a place as simple and down to earth as Byhalia, Mississippi, can be visited with an easy one-step trip. You’ll run smack dab into downtown, where the local chamber of commerce has been steadily renovating and revitalizing the town’s turn-of-the-twentieth-century buildings for the last couple of years. Nearly all of Byhalia’s residents boast of its small-town feeling and many are second- or third-generation locals.

Byhalia is the kind of place you’re born and raised in, not the kind of place you move to. But it is a charming spot to visit. Here you’ll find everything you need: places to shop, eat, and even stay. Although Memphians go to Holly Springs for its natural and historical points of interest—including Holly Springs National Forest and the Marshall County Historical Museum, with an interesting Civil War collection—many also go to hunt quail. This is traditional quail country and about one hundred years ago inspired the National Field Trials."
