Lost Bluff Trail at Grenada Lake Professional Review and Guide
"This is one of the best hikes in the entire state. Enjoy a well-marked and maintained trail through some of the steepest terrain around. This well-maintained path is part of a nice recreation area run by the Army Corps of Engineers. Unlike some trails, this trailhead parking area is in great shape and is indicative of the shape of the trail itself. Leave the signboard and kiosk to enter a mixed woodland of pine, oak, and hickory. The singletrack sand and dirt corridor curves along the edge of some ultra-steep dropoffs. Notice the trailside rock outcrops. The path winds among oaks, dogwood, hickory, and regal white oaks."
