Long Ridge Conservation Area

Long Ridge Conservation Area Professional Review and Guide

"Long Ridge Conservation Area is just what the name describes- an elongated Ozark highland, with a nine-mile trail system to help you enjoy the topography. The network consists of a northern 2.5-mile loop and a southern 3.5-mile loop joined by a 2.5-mile connector trail. The trail is marked at intersections with Carsonite posts labeled with horse silhouettes.

Featuring narrow ATV-width double-track hardpack with a few short, rocky stretches scattered here and there, Long Ridge is a good ride for cyclists of all skill levels. The climbs may challenge a novice, but they are only a small part of the system. Overall, it's a great ride. These trails are located 5 miles north of Sullivan."
