Little Piney Creek-Newburg Bridge to Jerome

Little Piney Creek-Newburg Bridge to Jerome Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This narrow creek is rarely paddled by nonlocals, despite being under the noses of motorists from the I-44 bridge near take-out. While much of this 5.9-mile run is paralleled by the BNSF Railway, the creek retains a wild feel and sees little paddling due to a few portages around brush chokes.

The final mile is on the Gasconade River. If you’re an adventurous floater looking for an empty run, this is for you."
