"Ft. Crowder Wildlife Area is a 2,300-acre tract of land covered with a scenic combination of prairie and mixed hardwood forest. It's a perfect place for beginners, sporting smooth surfaces and easy grades on smooth double-track through the forest and prairie. Benches are scattered around the trail system, inviting you to take a break and enjoy the quiet woods and grasslands.

After the ride, pedal or walk over to Gibson Spring. It seeps out of the base of a low bluff in the north end of the trail system. Next to some grassy flats shaded by hardwoods, it’s a great place for a post-ride picnic."
