ONGOING: I couple Bryant Lake with Lone Lake for a longer bike ride, and add the 118-Steps of the frisbee golf course for a great Bike & Burn Workout. Start at Lone Lake, then Bryant Lake, then 1 set of 5-10 stairs, Bryant Lake, then 1 set of 5-10 stairs. It's a great cardio & glute workout.
