Baker Lake to Bower Trout Lake

Baker Lake to Bower Trout Lake Professional Review and Guide

"This is an easy but substantial trip, designed for a family or the angler who can’t put in to Brule Lake because the quota is filled. Each sizeable lake on the route has good fishing, and Brule Lake alone could keep an angler busy for weeks.

The trip from Brule Lake to the take-out point is rimmed with high, scenic hills. The South Brule River system of lakes has sparkling clear water and easy portages. Independence Day–storm affected area."

The person who wrote this route didn't know what they were talking about. The Baker and Bower Trout lakes are so far apart that no one would recommend a route that starts and stops between them. The author should have recommended stopping at Brule!
