    Garvin Park Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Located on the Cottonwood River, this fine park has added amenities over the past few years, including a disc golf course and additional playground equipment. There’s about 2.5 miles of hiking trails, including a hike to Merton’s Lookout Tower, which has a good overview of the park. Horse riders have 5.5 miles of trails to explore.

(Note: The park is usually open for deer and turkey hunting, so be aware during the hunting season.) The campsites are generously spaced and tucked into wooded areas, making them private and quiet. Pets are allowed."
