Greer Lake Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Located in Crow Wing State Forest, this is a primitive campground that’s often overlooked, meaning it can be secluded and peaceful, especially during the week. An interpretive nature trail is available from the campground, and several miles of other hiking trails are adjacent (maps recommended).

The trails are especially noteworthy in the fall when the colors are changing on the many leaf- bearing trees in this forest. In the forest itself is a great sandy swimming beach and 17 miles of ATV trails. Sites are reasonably private and wooded. Pets are allowed."
