Little Fork River-Cook to Samuelson Park

Little Fork River-Cook to Samuelson Park Professional Review and Guide

"Running through woods and past open pastures, the Little Fork descends through many runnable rapids and one that is unrunnable to all but the most experienced paddlers.

The Little Fork is notable for its fishing. Smallmouth bass, northern pike, and walleyes are all present. Most notable, however, are the river’s muskies, which can exceed 20 pounds. Fish the deep bank, holes, and eddies with large plugs, bucktails, or spinnerbaits."
