Oxbow Park Campground

Oxbow Park Campground Professional Review and Guide

"This campground is within Oxbow Park, a somewhat unusual county park that involves both natural wildlife areas and a zoo. The zoo specializes in wild animals native to Minnesota, so rather than elephants and giraffes, you’ll find wolves, otters, foxes, porcupines, and raptors.

There are several miles of hiking trails meandering through the park, including an area where you will likely see deer, elk, and bison. A nature center offers educational programs on a variety of nature topics. Campsites are widely spaced and private. Pets are allowed."
