Bass Ponds Loop

Bass Ponds Loop Professional Review and Guide

"If you’re a beginner, come to Bass Ponds. If you’re a racer, it’s still a great place for a spin. The whole trail is on wide, smooth gravel with no hills. The section west of Cedar Avenue is a great place to spot different bird species, and the east side takes you around the ponds and close to Long Meadow Lake.

There are always ducks and herons and muskrats hanging around here in summer. There may be a good supply of hikers on weekends, so don’t use this area to redline your speedometer. Tread: Entire loop is on medium to wide gravel trail."
