Sparrow Rapids Campground Professional Review and Guide
"Normally the term “rustic” suggests at least a minimal level of park ser- vices, but here they aren’t kidding. There’s not much more than the pit toilet, and one must pack in water. But the location and the solitude are notable, not to mention its proximity to the scenic and wild East Branch of the Ontonagon River. Paddlers can get in here. The river offers anglers the chance to catch salmon, steelhead, and 3 trout species."
