Seney Township Campground Professional Review and Guide

"Hemingway fans take note: The Two-Hearted River of the short story was actually the Fox River here outside Seney. This little loop of sites just west of the river is ideal for anglers looking to get into the Fox. Hemingway fans can follow in Nick Adams’s footsteps on a 27-mile hiking trail that begins at the camp and follows the Fox and ends at Kingston Lake near Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Seney was a lumber town and has a museum open in the summer months with colorful stories of the rough and tumble days. The campground is popular, so get there early or have a backup plan."
